When you press the button, you will be taken to the SalesForce website and asked to allow AutoAlert to access your SalesForce account. Once you accept you will be brought back to this website to complete the authentication process. You will not need to do this everytime you want to access the reports: this should be a one-time process and anytime you are logged into SalesForce you will be taken directly to the reports without having to go through any authentication process like this again.
